Agreement and business identity
Weldon’s Time is a trade name operated by Weldon’s Garage LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. In these terms, “Weldon’s Time,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Weldon’s Garage LLC doing business as Weldon’s Time.
By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to complete a transaction with us.
Website purpose
This website presents information about Weldon’s Time, available and previously sold watches, and our buying, selling, trading, and sourcing services. The website is an inquiry and communication platform. It does not provide online checkout, process payment, or by itself create a purchase, sale, trade, consignment, appraisal, or sourcing agreement.
Inventory, descriptions, and authenticity
We evaluate every watch before offering it and represent the watches we sell as authentic based on our evaluation and the information available to us. We work to provide accurate photographs and clear descriptions of reference, condition, included accessories, and known history.
Luxury watches are often pre-owned. Photographs are part of the description, and minor marks, aging, service components, replacement parts, color variation, or other characteristics may not appear identically on every screen. The final written description, disclosed condition, photographs, invoice, and transaction communications control for a particular sale.
Availability and pricing may change without notice. We may correct errors, update information, or withdraw a watch before a transaction is finalized.
Transaction formation
A website inquiry, discussion, offer, estimate, or verbal statement does not reserve a watch or create a binding transaction. A transaction is final only when the parties agree to the specific watch, price, condition, contents, payment, delivery, and any other material terms, and Weldon’s Time accepts cleared payment or other agreed consideration. The final invoice and written transaction communications supplement these terms and control if they conflict.
Important
All sales are final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Weldon’s Time does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment based on buyer’s remorse, fit, preference, market-value changes, or a condition that was disclosed in the final written description, photographs, invoice, or transaction communications.
This policy does not limit a buyer’s rights if a watch is proven inauthentic, is materially different from the final written description, is lost or damaged during a shipment arranged and insured by Weldon’s Time, or if applicable law requires a remedy. Any different return arrangement must be agreed in writing before payment.
Notify us promptly after delivery and preserve the watch, accessories, packaging, shipping materials, and delivered condition. A claim may require inspection by a manufacturer-authorized service center or a qualified independent watchmaker acceptable to both parties.
Condition and warranties
Unless expressly stated in the final written transaction documents, pre-owned watches are sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weldon’s Time disclaims implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this paragraph eliminates our written authenticity and material-description commitments or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Timekeeping, power reserve, water resistance, and future service needs are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. A prior pressure test or service record reflects the watch only at the time of that test or service. Do not expose a watch to water unless its current water resistance has been independently confirmed for your intended use.
Any manufacturer warranty belongs to the manufacturer, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, and may not be transferable. Weldon’s Time is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or authorized by the manufacturers represented on this website.
Payment, taxes, and fraud prevention
Accepted payment methods and payment instructions are confirmed for each transaction. Funds must clear before a watch is released or shipped. We may request identity, address, payment-source, or other reasonable verification and may decline or cancel a transaction before delivery if we cannot satisfactorily verify it.
Do not submit payment-card details, online-banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information through the website form. Applicable sales tax, use tax, customs duty, brokerage charge, or import fee will be handled as stated in the final transaction terms and as required by law.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, carrier, destination, timing, insurance, and signature requirements are confirmed before payment. Watches shipped by Weldon’s Time are packed securely and insured to the agreed destination. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and being available for required delivery verification or signature.
Do not request a carrier reroute, hold, or address change without our written approval. Risk of loss remains with Weldon’s Time until the carrier confirms delivery to the agreed destination, except to the extent a loss results from an unauthorized buyer-requested change or inaccurate information supplied by the buyer.
If we cannot ship within an agreed or legally required period, we will contact the buyer to obtain consent to a delay or provide any refund required by applicable law.
Sell and trade inquiries
A preliminary estimate or offer is based on the information provided and is not final until we inspect the watch and verify authenticity, reference, condition, ownership, completeness, and other material details. We may revise or withdraw an offer if the watch differs from the submitted information.
By offering a watch to Weldon’s Time, you represent that you are its lawful owner or are authorized by the owner; the watch is authentic and not stolen, counterfeit, subject to a lien, or connected to fraud; and the information you provide is accurate and complete. Once a sale or trade is completed and consideration is delivered, it is final except in cases of fraud, counterfeit goods, undisclosed title issues, or material misrepresentation.
Sourcing requests and deposits
A sourcing request does not guarantee that a particular watch will be located, that it will be available at a particular price, or that we will accept the engagement. Any sourcing fee, deposit, refundability, target specifications, timing, and purchase terms must be agreed in writing before money is accepted.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to Instagram, Google, shipping providers, payment providers, manufacturers, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Weldon’s Time does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Website content and trademarks
The Weldon’s Time name, logo, photography, original text, and site design may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Watch manufacturers’ names, marks, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed or offered.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, upload content you do not have the right to share, attempt to access nonpublic systems, interfere with website operation, transmit malware, scrape the site for commercial use, impersonate another person, or use the site in connection with fraud or other illegal activity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weldon’s Time will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a transaction. For a claim arising from a completed transaction, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Weldon’s Time for the specific watch giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Arizona law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or modified only as necessary to make it enforceable.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. Updated terms apply when posted, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
Questions about these terms may be sent to inquiries@weldonstime.com or discussed by calling (480) 818-6093.
