Weldon’s Time is a trade name operated by Weldon’s Garage LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. In this policy, “Weldon’s Time,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Weldon’s Garage LLC doing business as Weldon’s Time.

• Information about a watch you want to buy, sell, trade, or source, including brand, model, reference, year, condition, history, box and papers, and your requested transaction.
• Photographs you upload, which may include a watch serial number or other details visible in the image.
• Communications you send by email, telephone, Instagram, or another channel, along with records needed to complete a transaction.

Our hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, request data, timestamps, and security logs.

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
• Evaluate watches offered for sale or trade.
• Discuss available inventory and sourcing requests.
• Verify transaction details, prevent fraud, arrange payment, shipping, insurance, or an in-person appointment, and provide customer support.

When you submit the Sell, Trade or Source form, the information and photographs are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery provider, to our business email account. Copies may remain in our mailbox and in service-provider systems for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and recordkeeping.

Do not submit payment-card numbers, online-banking credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website form or in watch photographs.

We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the business. These may include OpenAI and its hosting providers for website hosting, Resend for transactional email, business email providers, payment providers used outside this website, shipping and insurance providers, fraud-prevention services, and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Weldon’s Time or others; to investigate fraud or misuse; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of the business. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Weldon’s Time does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or its own tracking pixels on this website. The hosting service may use strictly necessary technologies to provide routing, security, abuse prevention, and core website functionality. If we add analytics or advertising technology later, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

Because we do not currently conduct cross-site behavioral tracking, the website does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
